What is Your Return/Replacement Policy?

We offer returns and replacements for products ordered on cheapkart.in within 7 days of delivery.

However, certain items such as electronics, lingerie, jewelry, and other items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return or replacement.

Always check the ‘Delivery & Return’ section on the product detail page to confirm if your item is eligible.

✅ Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and boxes must be intact (e.g., shoes must be returned in their original shoe box).

  • You may try on the product, but please ensure it remains undamaged and unwashed.

What is the Refund Policy for Returned Items?

We aim to process refunds within 7 business days from the date the returned item clears Quality Check at our supplier’s end.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing time.

Refund Timeline by Payment Mode:

  • Credit/Debit Card / Net Banking: Amount will be refunded to the same account within 7 business days after Q.C. clearance.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be made via bank transfer. You’ll need to submit accurate bank details.

    Cheapkart will not be responsible for incorrect or incomplete bank details provided.

Note: CheapKart reserves the right to reject refunds in cases of fraud, misuse, or policy violations.

How to Return or Exchange an Order?

You can initiate a return/exchange using our self-service process:

  1. Log in to your Cheapkart account

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Click on Return / Exchange

  4. Select the item(s) you wish to return

  5. Your item will be picked up and a refund issued after successful Quality Check

When Will My Return Be Picked Up?

  • Once a return request is received, our logistics partner will attempt to pick up the item within 3 days.

  • A total of three pickup attempts will be made.

  • If pickup is unsuccessful, the return request will be marked as closed. You may initiate a new request if still eligible.
