Why doesn’t the delivery date match the 7 business day estimate?

  • Delivery estimates are based on business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Delays can occur due to:

    • Local/regional holidays

    • Courier partner schedules

    • Delivery to remote or out-of-coverage areas

Any such delays are considered while estimating delivery time at checkout.

Delivery time depends on:

  • Seller’s location and product availability

  • Your delivery PIN code

  • Courier partner’s coverage and speed in your area

⏳ Why do delivery times vary across sellers?

Delivery times may differ based on:

  • Distance from the seller’s warehouse

  • Product stock availability

  • Your location and local logistics performance

  • Courier partner’s efficiency in your area

For best accuracy, always enter your PIN code on the product page.

Why can’t a product be delivered to my area?

A product may be undeliverable due to:

  • Seller not servicing your PIN code

  • Legal or regulatory restrictions on the product type

  • Lack of courier partner coverage in your region

You’ll be notified during checkout if a product cannot be delivered to your location.

Why is COD (Cash on Delivery) not available in my area?

COD may be unavailable because of:

  • Courier partner’s inability to collect cash in your area

  • Order value limits for COD

  • Security or fraud prevention policies

Check availability by entering your PIN code on the product page.

How do I return an item and arrange pickup?

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Cheapkart account

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Select the product and click “Return”

  4. Follow the steps to schedule a pickup

  • Our logistics partner will attempt pickup up to 3 times.

  • In non-serviceable areas, you may be required to self-ship the item.

    Return shipping costs will be reimbursed based on our return policy.

I didn’t receive my order, but I got a delivery confirmation. What should I do?

If you received a delivery confirmation email or SMS, but haven’t received the product:

  • Report the issue to us within 7 days of receiving the confirmation.

  • Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
